Currently, roastedfox only delivers products within Australia and New Zealand and we use the Australia Post shipping and delivery service. All orders will be processed and dispatched within 24 hours with delivery times after dispatch depending on the shipping option selected by the customer.

They are estimates only and roastedfox cannot guarantee any delivery time once your parcel has been dispatched. Tracking Numbers are provided in the Shipping Confirmation email which is sent once your order has been dispatched. If an order is returned to us due to customer error (such as incorrect address details entered), any attempted re-delivery will be charged at the full applicable rate. This includes any orders which originally qualified for free shipping. Payment of said delivery fee will be required before the order is re-delivered.
